Viking Ship Workshop on Whidbey Island

In the days of the Vikings, the ships were made totally by hand, there wasn't any electricity and no power tools.  On Whidbey Island in Washington, there is a man who builds Viking ships.  He held a one day workshop this past April 13th and Masaki and some of his classmates attended this course.  Masaki was completely in his element with this process and this man's instruction.  Here are a few photos from that day.
